Business Analyst Commercial Bank Digital Products

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support a high-impact digital banking platform within an agile delivery framework. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance application functionality and streamline business processes across multiple lines of business.

• Partner with product and project teams to drive development, enhancement, and ongoing support of digital banking solutions.
• Shape the scope and direction of new features and improvements aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders across departments, offering thought leadership and domain insight.
• Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Participate in design discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimal user experience.
• Conduct process reviews and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and innovation.
• Support user acceptance testing and contribute to quality assurance efforts for application releases.
• Apply knowledge of SDLC, risk management, and IT governance to ensure compliance and escalate issues appropriately.

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally within financial services or digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to elicit and document business and technical requirements for complex systems.
• Skilled in creating use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Strong communication skills, including technical writing and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with third-party system integration and data migration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to change management, security protocols, and risk mitigation in tech environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to support business decision‑making.
