Citrix Contractor

1.Basic knowledge/experience in OS patching, maintenance and validation using SCCM.

2.AV/ Security patches updates management.

3.Backup and validation (any one backup tool experience)

4.Software’s/ applications installation.

5.Windows internal CA and certificate management (new request, renewals)

6.Server build, Decommission, reclamation.

7.Vulnerability remediation.

8.Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 troubleshooting and resolving critical, performance degrade issues.

9.Managing and troubleshooting HP server hardware, firmware upgrade.

10.Managing, troubleshooting SFTP server’s (any SFTP tool).

11.Addressing standard service request’s related to access provisioning, capacity enhancements.

12.Managing file server/ Distributed file system.

13.Basic knowledge in VMware/ Hyperconvergence (HCI)

14.Basic knowledge in Active directory.

Citrix:

15.All aspects of Citrix design, performance-monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades, and maintenance of all production Citrix systems

16.Supports applications, hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure

17.Make architectural and operational recommendations applying updates to the Citrix environments

18.Maintenance/monitoring/upgrading/troubleshooting

19.Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the servers in Citrix

20.Administration on Citrix PVS for server maintenance (ongoing task), upgrades (ongoing task), and image maintenance/updates/upgrades (ongoing task)
