Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Brooklyn, OH (Hybrid - Onsite 3 days/week)
Work Schedule: Onsite 3 days per week

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Digital Platform team in Brooklyn, OH. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in agile environments. This role will involve supporting a commercial banking digital platform, working closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize application capabilities and business processes while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

• Requirements Management:
  Independently lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across multiple business areas, capturing requirements for highly complex systems and translating them into user stories, use cases, and technical specifications for development teams.

  Collaboration:
  
  Support the Commercial Banking Digital Platform in an agile environment using scrum practices, working with cross‑functional teams to optimize application capabilities and ensure an enhanced user experience.
• Business Process Optimization:
  Lead ongoing reviews of business processes, evaluate workflows, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement optimization strategies that support business objectives.
• Product Development Support:
  Provide Business Analysis and Project/Product support for development, enhancement, quality assessment, and ongoing support activities. Influence scope of work for new features and enhancements consistent with strategic priorities.
• Quality Assurance:
  Support and/or participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases, optimal user experience, and adherence to security, risk management, and IT process principles.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years in business analysis
• Skills:
  • Proven experience in eliciting business and technical requirements for moderately to highly complex systems
  • Strong expertise in generating requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
  • Understanding of SDLC and its impact on deliverables
  • Knowledge of security, risk management, and IT process principles
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently
• Other:
  Must be able to work onsite in Brooklyn, OH 2 days per week

• Experience in vendor system integration and data conversion between systems
• Background within a technology environment, including Change Management and Security & Risk considerations
• Familiarity with Agile mindset and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Hands‑on experience with Jira/Confluence
• Experience in data analysis, drawing business‑relevant conclusions, and utilizing data visualization techniques and tools

• Competitive Pay Rate: $50.00/hour
