Dispatcher – Plumbing

Full-Time, In-Person (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our plumbing company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, take responsibility for daily operations, and ensure that our crews are working efficiently and delivering high-quality results.

• Dispatch and oversee plumbing crews for service calls and installations
• Coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs
• Oversee installation progress and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Follow up to confirm customer satisfaction and job completion
• Handle scheduling changes, delays, or emergencies with professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, schedules, and crew assignments

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to oversee crews and ensure accountability
• Prior dispatch or operations experience (preferred, but not required)
• Must be able to work full-time, in-house, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
