A growing healthcare company is seeking a motivated Service Coordinator Team Lead to manage a team of six Service Coordinators. Each coordinator supports approximately 25 patients, and the Team Lead is responsible for ensuring high-quality care, accurate documentation, and smooth patient communication. The Team Lead will also handle escalated calls and oversee team performance.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of six Service Coordinators.
- Ensure all patient paperwork is accurate and completed on time.
- Handle call escalations and complex patient concerns.
- Monitor and improve patient retention rates across the team.
- Report directly to the Director and provide team performance updates.
- Train, mentor, and support Service Coordinators.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Quick thinker with excellent reliability.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous healthcare or patient service experience is a plus.
$60,000 – $75,000/year base salary + performance bonuses (based on retention and paperwork accuracy).
