We're looking for a
seasoned, product-minded engineer
to join our core team and
build high-impact features end-to-end
. You’ll influence the direction of both
our codebase and our company
, shaping how we work, what we build, and how we scale.

• Build full-stack product features using
  Type Script ,
  React
  ,
  Remix
  ,
  Node.js
  , and
  Postgres

• Work closely with our founder (@danieleager
  93) and cross-functional team to define product direction

• Drive high standards for
  code quality, design, and product thinking

• Help us grow the engineering team and culture from the ground up

• 7–15 years
  of professional experience as a software engineer

• Must have
  :
  Senior or Staff-level product engineering experience

• No Solutions Engineers or Technical Consultants
  , please

• Experience at a
  venture-backed startup (< 300 people)

  • Ideally one backed by top-tier investors (e.g., YC, a16z, Sequoia)

• OR, a
  top-tier tech company
  with a known bar for engineering excellence

  • Internships do not count toward this experience

• Full-stack or frontend
  engineering background strongly preferred

• Backend-focused candidates are welcome only if they’ve built
  product-facing
  features (not infrastructure, data science, or ML)

• Should show deep fluency in
  shipping user-facing products

• Degree from a
  top-tier university/college (~Top 30)
  OR

• Degree from an
  elite engineering school (~Top 10): e.g.,
  Waterloo, Georgia Tech, etc.

• History of
  side projects, startups, or technical initiatives
  outside of work

  • e.g., a well-crafted personal website, open source projects, indie products

• Demonstrated ability to take
  initiative
  and
  ownership
  over ambiguous problems
