The Salesman will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a proven ability to close deals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Present and promote products or services to potential clients
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or company systems
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product opportunities

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience (retail, B2B, or related industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM software a plus)
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
