Sr. Full Stack & GenAI Developer

Our client is a large, well established financial institution with a complex enterprise technology environment, multiple business lines, and rigorous security and governance standards. They are investing heavily in GenAI and agentic AI to modernize how work gets done across the organization.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack & GenAI Developer to join an enterprise technology team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on builder with deep knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI who can own the full lifecycle of enterprise‑grade applications, from translating business requirements into scalable architectures, to standing up proof‑of‑concepts, to delivering production‑ready code.

They embrace AI‑driven development practices and tools to build faster and cleaner, and they thrive in a large enterprise environment, navigating cross‑functional teams, security frameworks, and platform integrations with confidence and speed.

• Requirements to Architecture:
  Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs, system architectures, and data flow diagrams without hand‑holding.
• Proof‑of‑Concept Development:
  Rapidly prototype solutions to validate feasibility, demonstrate value, and accelerate stakeholder buy‑in.
• Full Stack Development:
  Own the end‑to‑end codebase, including backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, Terraform IaC development, and setup of deployment pipelines.
• Performance Engineering:
  Design and optimize data‑heavy applications that handle large‑scale datasets with low latency and high reliability.
• Enterprise Integration:
  Build and maintain integrations across enterprise platforms including identity providers, internal APIs, and shared services operating at scale across multiple business lines.
• AI‑Augmented Development:
  Leverage GenAI‑assisted coding tools and agentic frameworks to accelerate development velocity while maintaining code quality and best practices.
• Agentic AI Design and Orchestration:
  Architect and build multi‑agent systems, designing agent roles, tool integrations, orchestration patterns, and memory strategies using frameworks like Google ADK, Lang Graph, or CrewAI to solve complex enterprise workflows autonomously.
• Enterprise Production Readiness:
  Navigate and execute enterprise production readiness processes, including working through IT and application standards, submitting and managing Service Now change records (CRs), and coordinating across infrastructure, security, and platform teams to successfully deploy applications to production.

• Experience:
  
  7+ years of professional hands‑on software development experience, with at least 5 years in a full stack capacity. Demonstrated history of building and shipping enterprise‑grade applications from scratch, not just maintaining existing codebases.
• Languages and Frameworks:
  Python (advanced) including Flask and FastAPI;
  JavaScript/Type Script including React, Next.js, and modern frontend frameworks; HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS or an equivalent utility‑first framework; RESTful API design.
• Cloud and Infrastructure (GCP):
  Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Big Query for large‑scale analytics, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), Cloud Storage, Cloud IAM, VPC and networking fundamentals, Gemini, Google ADK, and APIGEE.
• Infrastructure as Code and Dev Ops:
  Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure;
  Git Lab repositories, branching strategies, and Git Lab CI/CD pipelines; container orchestration, deployment automation, and environment promotion workflows.
• Data and Performance:
  Designing high‑performance, data‑intensive applications; SQL…
