Ama is seeking a Founding Product Engineer to own the product and the agent harness behind every report. You will work directly with the Founder, our Agentic Compliance Engineers, and clients, and you’ll build the engineering team as we scale.
You will make AI output trustworthy, orchestrate scalable workflows, and ingest PDFs, OCR, and tables. This role combines product leadership with hands-on full-stack development in Python/FastAPI and Postgres.
