We are seeking an Executive Assistant to be an integral part of the leadership team for a growing manufacturing company in Brooksville, FL.
In this role, you will be the "go-to person" for senior management, handling everything from high-level reporting to sensitive correspondence with absolute confidentiality. - Schedule:
Full-Time - Working hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Compensation: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Executive Liaison:
Work closely with senior leaders to communicate commitments and responsibilities, ensuring all follow-ups are handled appropriately. - Communication Management:
Manage incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and efficient answers to complex questions. - Reporting & Presentations:
Prepare routine and non-routine reports and presentations, including gathering and summarizing critical data. - Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidence regarding all company documents, files, and operational aspects. - Financial Support:
Assist with essential accounting and bookkeeping tasks using Quick Books Online. - Administrative Excellence:
Establish and maintain highly confidential records and assist owners with personal tasks as needed.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: A "go-to" mentality with the ability to find answers and handle immediate needs without constant supervision.
- Initiative & Confidence:
An active listener who is comfortable making decisions on the spot to keep projects moving. - Meticulous Follow-up:
Impeccable attention to detail and a track record of ensuring tasks are 100% complete. - Technical Savvy:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and chat tools.
Associate Degree (preferred)
Experience4–7 years (Manufacturing environment experience is a plus)
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience successfully supporting C-suite or senior executive-level professionals.
- Advanced Computer
Skills:
Mastery of Word, Outlook, and Excel is mandatory. - Quick Books
Experience:
Ideally experienced with Quick Books Online for bookkeeping support. - Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated ability to be anticipatory and complete tasks with minimal supervision. - Pre-employment:
