Board Certified Psychiatrist

Elite DNA Behavioral Health has an immediate need for a Board Certified Psychiatrist. We are a physician‑run leader in Telepsychiatry, providing quality therapy and psychiatric services for children, adolescents, and adults striving to achieve mental health and wellness and reach their full potential. Our business model provides every clinician with structured administrative support utilizing a best‑in‑class patient management system and highly trained administrative staff.

• Assess and treat mental illnesses through psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, hospitalization, and medication.
• Conduct regular discussions with patients about their problems; help them find solutions through changes in behavioral patterns, exploration of past experiences, or group and family therapy sessions.
• Collaborate and supervise with mid‑level providers.
• Provide emergency treatment orders as needed.
• Administer medications to correct chemical imbalances that cause emotional problems.
• Use Athena, the computerized medical record system, for progress notes, orders, and medical record review, ensuring timely completion of such records.
• Deliver person and family‑centered care.
• Demonstrate understanding of developmental/age‑specific issues in the treatment of patients.
• Interact effectively with patients, supervisors, coworkers, and external agency employees.
• Perform work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Comply with policies and procedures regarding workers’ compensation, risk management, and security.

• Licensed in the State of Florida as an M.D.
• Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatrist

• Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
