Eyes On Eyecare is hiring a Florida‑licensed Optometrist to work flexible, on‑call assignments in the greater Tampa Bay area. Salary is $750 – $850 per diem, with a fill‑in, part‑time, per‑diem schedule.

• Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.
• Counsel patients regarding their eye health and related vision needs.
• Conduct contact lens fittings.
• Support initiatives and practices that provide patients with desired services and experiences that grow the patient base.
• Deliver exceptional service and care.
• Be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
• Communicate enthusiastically and concisely to exceed patient expectations.
• Contribute to a professional team environment with all staff members.
• Uphold the organization’s vision, mission and values in all interactions.

• 1 to 5+ day assignments.
• Monday – Friday – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ($750 per day rate).
• Saturday – 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. ($850 per day rate).

• Florida Optometry License (Required).
