• Ability to establish rapport with students and families
• Ability to apply appropriate knowledge and skills

• Teach and/or remediate students with appropriate curriculum
• Assess goals as defined in the Individual Education Plan (IEP)
• Coordinate and provide grades to the appropriate personnel at the school site
• Develop an Individual Education Plan based on student needs
• Coordinate with teachers and the school to develop lesson plans and acquire materials
• Provide documentation to the school and ESE office
• Engage in professional growth activities
• Perform other tasks as assigned
