Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Hernando County.

• Meet with patients to complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Conduct case management activities, discharge planning, and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Provide therapeutic and educational interventions, services, and knowledge of community resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Certification/License:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Driver's License
  • LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work)
• Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.

• Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2 years of clinical related experience or a 9‑month internship.
