Talent & Recruiting Partner (On-site | Brooksville, FL)

BDC Brands is hiring a Talent & Recruiting Partner to own full-cycle recruiting and support onboarding in a fast-paced, growing manufacturing company.

This role is for someone who moves quickly, follows through, and takes ownership
—not someone who needs to be chased.

BDC Brands (Black Diamond Coatings, Inc.) is a veteran- and family-owned manufacturer of premium, environmentally friendly home improvement products sold through Amazon, Lowe’s, Walmart, The Home Depot, and DTC channels.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and leadership roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive timely decisions
• Proactively source candidates (Linked In, job boards, referrals)
• Screen for skills, motivation, accountability, and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers
• Own candidate communication from first contact through start date
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding readiness
• Improve recruiting speed, quality, and candidate experience

• 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience
• Strong organization, urgency, and follow-through
• Clear, professional communication
• Comfort managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• On-site availability in Brooksville, FL (just north of Wesley Chapel, FL)

Experience in manufacturing, operations, or small-to-mid-sized companies.
