The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, supply chain management, and workforce development. This role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on safety and quality, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Lead and manage plant operations, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize plant performance and achieve company goals.
• Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and resource allocation to meet customer demands.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the workforce.
• Manage and mentor plant management team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align production capabilities with market demands.
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the plant.

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the concrete industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive decision‑making for operational improvements.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
