• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support residents with bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
• Promote dignity and respect in every interaction
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Note:

Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Compliance with all facility policies and participation in ongoing training is a condition of employment.
