About The Role — Brooksville Health Care Center is hiring RNs and LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. We’re seeking compassionate, dependable nurses who deliver resident-centered care and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
Shifts Available- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekends (Sat/Sun 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor resident status and promptly report changes in condition.
- Document care in accordance with facility policy and regulatory standards.
- Support and mentor CNAs; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Promote safety, infection prevention, and compliance at all times.
- Active Florida RN or LPN license (required).
- Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred (new grads considered).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to resident-centered care.
