As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills and to establish retailer relationships while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. On occasion you may also work with products from other companies in the stores you service.

• Your starting pay will be $14.50 to $15.00 depending on your skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 10–14 hours per week.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement. Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. Use technology for communication with your supervisor, reporting time, providing feedback, and completing required merchandising activities.
• Holiday support. During peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) you may work additional days and extended hours, and on some holidays you may be asked to work on the day itself including weekends.
• Department resets. Participate in installations and tasks such as building Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting sections. You will normally be notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments and may work evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration. As part of Hallmark’s field organization, you are part of a network of merchandisers who support each other in their territories.

This physically demanding job requires a high level of energy and urgency. You will work on the store floor and in back stockrooms, being able to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds most days and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You may also need to kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and use step ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Physical ability to lift, pull, and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate a digital hand‑held device to read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
