Lead operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting assets. Ensure a well merchandised and stocked store by leading inventory management. Lead a team to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience with friendly service.

• Assist Store Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing store workload.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies, compliance with laws, and store standards.
• Support truck unload and stocking processes within budget.
• Achieve KPIs and manage team performance.
• Manage visual merchandising and seasonal layouts.
• Oversee inventory, merchandise operations, and Omni-channel processes.
• Implement shrink and safety programs.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; participate in performance management.
• Maintain positive interactions and promote the company's vision and values.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
• Support Omni-channel processes.

• Retail management leadership experience.

• Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and using ladders for high shelves.

• Public retail store with climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work and stockroom activity; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
