Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for customer service; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage in a timely manner.
• Be an Expert:
  Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to established standards; maintain product safety and follow sanitation guidelines; adhere to laws, regulations, and policies related to produce quality.
• Be a Techie:
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive performance of the area; use digital tools; apply perpetual inventory management to stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; assist customers according to company policies and procedures.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Act as an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member experience and modeling high quality service and products; execute basics at the highest level; show energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; apply these in business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and information; seek opportunities for improvement and learn from change and feedback.
