Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available.
• You will assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This role requires being on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable; offers alternatives; ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues and concerns; and promotes company products and services.
• Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety checks; follows procedures for handling merchandise; and reports unsafe situations to facility management.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assists with purchasing decisions; processes purchases; assists with payments according to company policies; uses cash registers; locates and organizes merchandise; zones designated areas; resolves issues; promotes products and services; maintains availability of carts/flatbeds; assists with transporting items; uses cart retrieval equipment; maintains parking lot cleanliness.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; uses Open Door Policy in business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers and coworkers; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; addresses improvement opportunities; adapts to change and feedback.
