The counter sales position serves as a key face-to-face contact and liaison for customers. This person generates sales while providing quick, accurate, and courteous service. This role involves processing customer orders and inquiries, receiving material, maintaining showroom/warehouse organization, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. This individual works with other branches to ensure customers from across the network receive a high level of service.

• Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone.
• Receive warehouse material.
• Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
• Assist with customer deliveries when needed.
