This is a Part-Time Hourly Position

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, welcoming them to the store and assisting with product selections.
• Advise, sell, and recommend products based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Restock inventory, maintain visual merchandising, fulfill online orders, and perform cleaning duties when not servicing customers.
• Promote the GNC brand by communicating the Live Well message to customers.

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer to create a welcoming environment.
• Interact genuinely with customers to understand their needs and make informed recommendations.
• Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and in a timely manner per company guidelines.
• Enhance product knowledge on features, advantages, and benefits; stay informed on wellness and fitness topics.
• Support store management in opening/closing, cash handling, inventory counting, deposits, and maintaining store appearance.

• Stand or walk for up to eight hours a day; may require frequent reaching, bending, and twisting.
• Regularly use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and lift up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifts up to 40 pounds; push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Climb ladders, reach, and bend as needed.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees, especially in stock areas.
• Use a computer up to 60% of the time.

• Sales Associates are expected to model reliability and flexibility by working varied hours and days to meet store needs.
• Be able to work mornings or nights, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and major U.S. holidays when the store is open.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
