*** Minimum $500 commission on every deal***

Sales Consultants are responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This includes learning and demonstrating vehicle features, building long-term customer relationships, and maximizing sales performance and dealership profitability.

• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic.
• Successfully negotiate with customers to close sales.
• Stay current on all dealership product knowledge and competitive models.
• Build and maintain customer relationships before and after the sale.
• Datamine CRM and dealership systems to generate leads and new opportunities.
• Accurately log and maintain customer information.
• Conduct product presentations and customer test drives.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and achieve 100% on customer surveys.
• Set appointments effectively and close deals.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.
• Follow all dealership policies and procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance and work required schedules, including extended hours for special events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Collaborate with the Service Concierge and act as a liaison between customers and the Service Department.

• Deliver vehicles to customers, including occasional travel.
• Assist customers in transferring items between vehicles (bending, lifting, reaching required).
• Stand, walk, and move throughout the lot for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft applications required).
• Strong customer service, marketing, networking, negotiation, and general sales abilities.
• Basic math and finance knowledge.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all departments and team members.
• Ability to learn and retain product and brand knowledge.
