Management In-Training Positions – Watermelon Swim

Watermelon Swim’s mission is to grow a community full of safer swimmers and reduce the risks while increasing confidence in and around water.

Base pay range: $47,500.00/yr – $47,500.00/yr

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have at least 6 months of leadership experience in a full‑time capacity.
• Must have at least 6 months of experience working with children.
• Previous experience in an education or sports environment is preferred.
• Must submit two letters of reference (one from a direct supervisor).
• Must be able to work 45 hours per week, including three evenings a week (Monday–Thursday) until 8:30 pm.
• Must be willing to travel to all Watermelon Swim locations.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard certification within 90 days of hire.
