Seeking a customer focused individual to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to gain corporate experience in a fast-paced position.
Responsibilities- Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Submitting/Accepting client orders made via email or online
- Corresponding with clients/court personnel
- College degree is preferred
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Full Time: M-F 8am-5pm
- Pay: $19-20
