* Paid travel between locations

* Paid 30-minute lunch during travel

* Ongoing training (20 hours/year)

Job Description This client's Early Intervention program supports children ages 3 to kindergarten entry with developmental delays or disabilities. As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will work under the supervision of teachers and service providers to deliver instructional, behavioral, and personal care support in classroom settings. Responsibilities
* Assist in classroom instruction and supervision

* Support students with feeding, toileting, and positioning

* Monitor and document student behavior and progress

* Attend and contribute to IEP meetings

* Implement behavior intervention plans

* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to FERPA regulations

* Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment

* Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families

* Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support

* Demonstrate cultural competence and professionalism

* Complete daily sign-in/out logs Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED

* Experience with children preferred

* Must use IEP Writer software

* Required clearances (must be current):
* PA Child Abuse Clearance

* FBI Fingerprints

* PA Criminal History Check

* TB Test

* Mandated Reporter Training

* CPR/First Aid Certification (hands-on required)

* Act 82 Arrest/Conviction Form

* Completed Act 168 Form
