As an HVAC Lead Installation Technician
, you will be a hands on leader, leading residential HVAC installations while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing residential heating and cooling systems
• Leading installation projects from start to finish
• Supervising and mentoring installation assistants
• Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
• Delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism
• Maintaining accurate job documentation and communication

• Up to $40/hour base pay

• Experience as an HVAC Installation Technician
• Leadership experience preferred
