We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex accounting processes. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, multi-entity consolidations, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.

You’ll play a key role in supporting process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization.

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial results.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close schedules.
• Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations across entities.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related reporting packages.

• Ensure all accounting activities are compliant with GAAP and internal control standards.
• Collaborate with the Controller to enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to streamline accounting workflows.
• Provide audit support and respond to inquiries from internal and external auditors.

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure accurate data flow and financial reporting.
• Contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the finance function.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA track preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience with multi-entity organizations.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Hands‑on experience with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Net Suite, Quick Books, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Experience with consolidated financial statements.
• Prior exposure to public accounting or multi‑entity accounting environments.
• Familiarity with process improvement and workflow automation tools.
