How You’ll Make An Impact
- Partner with Sales to define business strategies for customer proposals
- Lead and inspire cross-functional bid teams to create compelling, customer-focused proposals
- Coordinate inputs from legal, finance, product, and support to build cohesive bids
- Review commercial terms and manage risk throughout the bid lifecycle
- Develop pricing models that align with margin goals and governance standards
- Ensure proposals reflect our brand, value-adds, and win themes
- Present proposals to senior leadership and support internal approvals
- Support internal governance and administrative processes
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial operations, bids, or tender management
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms
- Solid understanding of commercial risk and pricing strategies
