Base pay: $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Make outbound calls to prospective businesses using our sales software to introduce KG Facility Solutions and generate interest.
• Identify decision makers and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Network through industry events, business groups, and online platforms to build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Represent KG Facility Solutions professionally, communicating our value in enhancing facility cleanliness and wellness.

• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (B2B preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Networking skills to engage with local businesses and associations.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of the commercial janitorial or facility services industry is a plus but not required.
