Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $30.00/hr.

• Pay: $24–$30 per hour based on experience and supervision hour completion.
• Potential wage increases every 6 months.

• Shape the minds of kiddos in early childhood (18 months to 8 years old).
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members dedicated to living ABC’s core values.

• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
