Are you a natural leader with a passion for people, performance, and properties that shine? If you know how to turn a building into a community and a team into a high‑performing force, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing- Run the show – oversee all day‑to‑day operations, from leasing and resident relations to work orders and vendor coordination.
- Lead the team – hire, train, schedule, and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams.
- Market – promote the property, attract new residents, and renew leases.
- Drive financial performance – manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track.
- Resident‑focused – serve as go‑to contact, resolve concerns, welcome new residents, and create a place people are proud to call home.
- Keep the property looking great – conduct inspections, support unit readiness, oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements.
- Stay on top of everything – submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll and commissions, and stay compliant with all local, state, and federal requirements.
- Stay plugged in – engage with the local apartment association, keep up with competitors, and build a strong reputation in the community.
- Full‑time, on‑site leadership role with visibility and impact.
- Top‑tier benefits: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) plan with auto‑enrollment after 60 days.
- 40 hours vacation in your first year, paid sick leave, and paid holidays.
- Tools to succeed – training, support, and technology.
- A supportive team – collaborative regional leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- At least 4 years multifamily property management experience and 2+ years leading a team.
- Detail‑obsessed, organized, and capable of prioritizing deadlines.
- Clear, calm communicator – whether dealing with residents, staff, or budget presentations.
- Customer‑focused – residents feel heard, valued, and supported.
- Financially savvy – understands rent rolls, budgets, reporting, and expense management.
- Tech‑comfortable – proficient with Entrata, Microsoft Office, and digital tools that keep things running smoothly.
