Property Manager – Lead the Way Home

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Run the show – oversee all day‑to‑day operations, from leasing and resident relations to work orders and vendor coordination.
  • Lead the team – hire, train, schedule, and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams.
  • Market – promote the property, attract new residents, and renew leases.
  • Drive financial performance – manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track.
  • Resident‑focused – serve as go‑to contact, resolve concerns, welcome new residents, and create a place people are proud to call home.
  • Keep the property looking great – conduct inspections, support unit readiness, oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements.
  • Stay on top of everything – submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll and commissions, and stay compliant with all local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Stay plugged in – engage with the local apartment association, keep up with competitors, and build a strong reputation in the community.

What We’re Looking For
  • At least 4 years multifamily property management experience and 2+ years leading a team.

  • Clear, calm communicator – whether dealing with residents, staff, or budget presentations.
  • Customer‑focused – residents feel heard, valued, and supported.
  • Financially savvy – understands rent rolls, budgets, reporting, and expense management.
  • Tech‑comfortable – proficient with Entrata, Microsoft Office, and digital tools that keep things running smoothly.
  • Positive and proactive – leads by example, stays cool under pressure, and brings solutions, not drama.
