Pilatus is hiring a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating aircraft interior production workflows across multiple departments, ensuring schedules align with customer specifications, resource capacity, and the overall master schedule. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, monitor progress, and drive on-time deliveries.

• Analyze aircraft customer specifications and resource capacity to properly plan production flow.
• Plan and schedule workflow within departments according to established manufacturing lead times, coordinating with the overall master schedule to achieve on-time deliveries.
• Plan aircraft interior completions sequence and capacity for the seating, fabrication, pre‑assembly, installation, paint, and other production departments.
• Communicate regularly with department supervisors to determine status of assigned workflow.
• Monitor production flow and expedite operations that may alter schedules to adapt to unforeseen conditions.
• Prepare regular production department analysis, tracking, and reporting.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer specifications and resource capacity.
• Experience scheduling and coordinating workflows in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication skills with cross‑departmental teams.
• Ability to monitor progress and adjust schedules proactively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to on‑time delivery.
