Front of House Team Member

Position Type:

* Full-Time Team Members

* Part-Time Team Members (Must be available three days a week and must be available on Fridays and/or Saturdays)

Starting at $14.81-$17/hour for Part-Time & $18-$19/hour for Full-Time

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Smile

* Create and Maintain Eye Contact

* Speak Enthusiastically

* Make Emotional Connections with Guests

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time

* Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Must be 16 or older

* Must be able to meet availability requirements

* Must be comfortable working outside

* Consistency and reliability

* Cheerful and positive attitude

* Loves serving and helping others

* Customer service oriented

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Detail-oriented

* Able to multi-task

* Works well independently and in a team environment

* Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

* Have the ability to lift and carry 30 lbs on a regular basis

* Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
