OverviewThe Associate Global Merchandiser performs in the service of merchandising teams around the world to simplify tactical work and drive strong business strategies. The role has a broad view of the organization with access to many functions and can connect people and actions to ensure the product line can be delivered to market simply and accurately.
What You’ll Do- Responsible for the global personalization business including Jibbitz, accessories, bags, and socks, spanning all channels (retail, digital, wholesale). Communicate with partners around the globe in support of seasonal strategies and regional needs.
- Responsible for auditing and actioning SKU‑level assortments across multiple seasons. Carries out assortment updates in the assortment planning system, O9, ensuring accuracy and alignment across all personalization categories.
- Will begin to analyze global selling reports for personalization categories across all channels. Identify key insights and recommended actions to inform brand leadership and shape future assortment strategies.
- Supports the global merchandising team in the creation of product catalogs and sell‑in tools for regional merchandising and sales teams.
- Supports accurate product and line data records by partnering with Master Data Management, Product, and Development teams to ensure on‑time product setup, accuracy, and regular auditing. Leads the weekly add/change/drop process with Product Managers, Development, and Operations. Documents vital changes and ensures all items are followed up on for on‑time delivery.
- Supports the personalization of product development processes in partnership with other global merchandising team members. Acts as a key liaison between Product, Development, Planning, and Regional Merchandising to align seasonal intent and execution.
- Demonstrates strong ability to multitask and manage numerous projects with competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of detail and organization.
- Implements, documents, and carries out key merchandising processes and calendars that involve diverse cross‑functional partners.
- Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills. Connects with cross‑functional partners globally that have varying levels of English language proficiency.

- 2 years in a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience from college or university.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, create, and document process.
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
- Ability to work with others and keep others on track for deliverables and deadlines.
- Desire to learn about merchandising, product, sales and/or marketing.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible working hours required to accommodate global partners and meetings in varying time zones.
- Can work well in ambiguity and fluid in shifting from project to project.
- Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage time and deliver accurate work.
- Strong analytical and digital literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word).

CompensationSalary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year. Pay may vary based on location, experience, training, and skills.
