Employability Tutor / Trainer

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type:
Permanent / 4 day working week (Monday – Thursday)

Duties:
Deliver Employability workshops to groups of circa 10 adult learners – as part of the delivery, you will be required to support learners with CV writing, job search, interview techniques, confidence building etc.
Deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing IAG to learners.
The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods, providing differentiation and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs.
Assist learners in identifying the skills required to progress towards their career aspirations.
The successful candidate must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate / train learner to realise their full potential

Essential Criteria :
Hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
Must have experience of delivering engaging training / workshops, within employability skills.
Organisational skills are a must, and you will manage a cohort / caseload of learners.
Prepared to undertake any vetting / security clearances, as required for the role.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
