Stafforce is currently recruiting Waste Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in North Cave
. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking for stable, long-term employment within a growing industry.

• Sorting and segregating waste materials safely and efficiently
• Working on production lines and within a recycling yard environment
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Supporting the wider team to meet operational targets

• Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on role
• Able to work outdoors and in varying conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Previous waste/recycling or production experience is beneficial but not essential

• Competitive hourly pay (paid weekly)
• £14.42ph
• Consistent 4 on / 4 off shift pattern for work-life balance
• Full training provided
• Opportunity for long-term work with potential for progression
• Support from the Stafforce team throughout your assignment

• 4 days on / 4 days off
