L2/L3 Application Support

• Provide L2 technical support for industrial automation systems, HMIs, SCADA systems and robotics.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for MES applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEM, and business stakeholders for their particular area.
• Track and report progress to stakeholders.
• Work experience in Service Now and knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, and Knowledge Management processes.

• Expertise in industrial automation protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus.
• Knowledge of MES/MOM and ISA 95.
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, .NET, and Java.
• Working knowledge of Wonderware or similar SCADA applications.
