Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with a flexible option to work a minimum of 12 hours.

We schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows and give a 3‑week notice of your shifts. Flexibility is supported if your availability matches closely with advertised times.
