• Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and industry networks.
• Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on required qualifications and experience.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies, schools, and industry organizations to enhance talent pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

• 1-5 years' experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Ability to handle multiple openings across several companies.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and fill positions in a timely manner with little direction or reminders.
• Ability to work onsite at the office 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
