• Schooling: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background: 2+ years of related experience (Experience with oilfield equipment inspection).
• Sharp Eyes: You notice what others overlook.
• Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, handle materials safely, lift 50 pounds, and keep pace with the crew.
• Team Mentality: Reliable, steady, and proud to be part of a crew that values doing things right.

You ll be right on the floor where the action happens. You ll inspect, measure, and track the quality that keeps production moving. You ll spot issues before they become problems and work with the crew to keep everything safe and smooth.
