As a Sales Support Specialist
, you will be a strategic partner to our Sales organization, driving revenue growth through accurate quoting, contract preparation, and pipeline management. This role ensures Sales teams have the tools, data, and support needed to succeed.

• Deliver accurate sales quotes and prepare professional proposals for client presentations.
• Manage contracts and sales documentation with precision.
• Track and support active sales opportunities, maintaining accurate pipeline data.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth order flow.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to team efficiency.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service.

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  College preferred.
• Two to five years of sales support, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
