Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable automation solutions.
Project ManagementOversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of automation projects. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Customer Relationship ManagementUnderstand client requirements and work closely with the sales team and technical experts to propose tailored automation solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Technical Expertise and Market InsightStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings in the automation sector. Develop a deep understanding of the company's automation products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to clients.
Financial ManagementPrepare and manage budgets for sales and projects, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and profitability.
