Estimator – Construction – Milwaukee, WI

Base pay range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year.

As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in the preconstruction process, ensuring projects begin on solid financial and technical footing. You will:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for a wide range of commercial construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to evaluate costs, schedules, and constructability.
• Identify value‑engineering opportunities and innovative approaches to project delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market conditions, materials pricing, and construction methods.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in estimating commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong analytical, math, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality and safety.
