We are seeking a dedicated and personable Member Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued members. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure member satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized service experiences.

• Greet and assist members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and effectively.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and membership benefits.
• Resolve member concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Maintain accurate member records and transaction documentation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance member experience and suggest improvements.
• Assist with membership enrollments, renewals, and cancellations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or member-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• Bilingual abilities are an advantage but not required.
