• Lead end-to-end mechanical design of custom automation and robotic work cells, from concept to production
• Manage multiple design projects strategically, ensuring timely delivery and resolving complex engineering challenges
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and customers to optimize designs and ensure manufacturability
• Create detailed 3D Solid Works models and drawings, including comprehensive bills of materials
• Drive continuous improvement in design quality and engineering processes

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of Solid Works custom machine design (concept-to-completion)
• 2+ years in automation, welding processes, and customer interface
• Understanding of machine tool, material science, hydraulic and pneumatic conceptsli>
• Understanding of machine design and power transmission
• Solid work history
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
• Resident within 45‑minute drive to Brown Deer, Wisconsin
