DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS

  • Can accommodate Spanish and Hmong speaking candidates
  • Must have good dexterity, will glue a pair of shoe inserts together, must have an eye for quality
  • Glue top cover onto EVA insoles, good hand/arm strength helpful as this is quite repetitive work
  • Must have the ability to read and comprehend basic instructions
  • Effectively communicate with other employees of the organization
  • Basic math skills, add, subtract, multiply, divide.
  • Good hand/eye coordination and dexterity required
  • Team oriented, clean work station
  • Basic mechanical skills
    • EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred, but not required
  • After temp EE's work 160 hours, the company must have all EE's go through FDA Govn., regulated training on-line, (about 16 hours of paid training, no exceptions)
