The ideal candidate will have mold maintenance experience (preferably 8+ years) and a high school diploma. Responsibilities include evaluating molds, communicating tooling improvements, and training staff. Candidates should possess effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and work non-standard hours.

Forklift experience is preferred.
